Hey so this BYOND Blog (unoriginal but simple enough.) Before you say "oh another journalism blog", just hear us out.

Unlike other blogs, we'll actually be having a Blogger account, where most of our posts will be located. On this key, we'll give short summaries of the Blogger posts and then link the two. It's a great way to promote BYOND and with Blogger's capabilities, the site can be made much better.

Also, some of our features will be "Interviews", "Updates on Upcoming Games" and "Poll of the Week." We'll be interviewing random BYONDites (notice anything? <) as opposed to famous ones getting their various views and opinions while posting updates on upcoming games so the community doesn't give up on BYOND(with all the rips) and get excited with the upcoming original stuff. We'll also have a poll of the week based on issues with regard to BYOND. ShadeCyberPlatinum will also be reviewing a few games here and there.

The site is still under construction as well as this page and more features will be thought up on.

Thanks for reading! :D

p.s. - Anyone who wants to apply as a Journalist, just reply here or contact any member of the staff.
BYONDites sounds really awkward XD
I love the fact that their using Byondites as they're different Byond peoples like Byondlings and Dream Seekers. I'd love them to use Byondites as DMcast is using Byondlings xD. Us Dream Seekers are a bit of a neutral stance that have the goods of all. (Totally knocking myself and Dream Seekers alike <)

I'm looking forward to this.
To be honest, I think it'd be better if you guys would just use BYOND Journalism as it's already established, most articles get featured, and anyone that makes good articles will get accepted as a contributor.
Don't mean to seem like a troll or anything, but isn't it just "another journalism blog", but on blogger?
I pledge my allegiance to the BYONDite tribe. With my hatchet and buckler, I vow to smite our vile foes and ensure peace and tranquility throughout all of BYONDia.

*Jabs Empirez in the face*
Wait, now that I think about it, I was the first to suggest the term "BYONDite" meaning I'm the founder and you all should be pledging allegiance to ME!

Refer to me as "The Warchief" from now on.
Golem is better
This person http://www.byond.com/members/Kamao22 is the first to use the Term BYONDite that i'm aware of.

They plan to interview random Byondites, which is a slightly different goal than Journalism, not to mention Journalism tends to keep toward Byond Members as opposed to "random BYONDites". (Not to mention, no polls of the week >.<)
Excellent find Teka o.o

So who came up with Dream Seeker?
At this rate it won't be long because there are more people producing BYOND news blogs than there are making newsworthy content for BYOND.

As for reviewing random BYOND users:

1. The average BYOND user plays rips and drinks soda all day. I don't need the interview - If I ever have questions about pbags or Mountain Dew I can seek them out and ask them questions directly.

2. I'm pretty sure you can submit blog posts to BYOND Journalism. It's not like they're being flooded with content, so I think they'd be willing to accept whatever you write up. Their CSS is better too.
Exactly what F_A said.

He spelled it wrong.

BYONDite is the tribe I founded. He obviously founded the Byondite tribe, which is apparently inferior since the BYOND part of the word wasn't capitalized.

Don't go by the stereotype that every non BYOND or non famous member is a 12 year old anime game ripper. BYOND's improving :)
I'm still waiting for a Laserdog interview. More about who he is, how he found BYOND, and what he plans to do with his enormously successful comic franchise.

If he can take time out of his busy schedule...but in all seriousness, we'll be interviewing random but worthy people :)
