I agree with What your saying Maximo about the kills being a factor to gaining the Mangekyo Sharingan.As for Kakashi I would make a donate Sharingan proc(And or verb depending on how you wish to program it),because the Hatake clan are not natural Sharingan users.Kakashi gained his sharingan through Obito when Obito died.That is my opinion and input on the subject

Itachi was already sick and weakened when he faced sasuke,the mangekyo strain was just a factor the led to his death it didnt actually shorten his life at all.

I agree,and I really think 2 weeks is harsh to tell you the truth.I skimmed what he wrote.He seem to be just stating his opinions and giving input.Maybe not in the best way but it was basically what he was doing a warning probably could have sufficed.
