Brand new interview format!

brought to you by EnigmaticGallivanter

BYOND Journalism | EnigmaticGallivanter's Page | Interview List

With the return of Journalism we are doing just a bit of "fixing up". Our first course of action? Revamping the current 15 interviews that are posted!

Each interview now contains the 'Interview:[x]' title, with an 'Interviewed by [y]' heading. Followed by a small navigation section that will contain a link to our page, the interviewers page, and the interviewee's page. Along with that, there will be a box to display any extra downloads that may come with the interview!

This will designate a 'download' box for the new HTML & CSS formatted interviews
This will designate a 'download' or 'listen' box for any audio interviews
Each little Q&A will be located in its own little box instead of using a rule to separate them. For a small little bonus, when you hover over the boxes they will become darker (not really needed, but I like the extra stuff).

I think it's kinda ugly and unprofessional how the Q&A boxes darken when hovered over. For one, darker makes it harder to read. For two, the instant change of color to such a large object is fairly sudden and ugly.
We've found it quite useful for tracking through interviews when you're mentally brain-dead, as I often am.

Some of them are after all, rather lengthy.
This look nice, and the Html downloadable version looks really good to be honest.

I'll agree with Fug about making the box darker not being any more helpful, Maybe if the writing became lighter to counter balance and keep it easy to read.

Maybe you could use transition effects instead of plain hover and color change? but i don't particularly mind it.

I agree with this. If you can do a transition effect, maybe a fade, that would be much better. A solid color on such a large object instantly changing to another solid color is fairly ugly, unprofessional, and a bit of a turn-off.
2 second color transition added.
Nice, even though some were pretty long, I did enjoy reading the interviews.
