Well, I know how to port forward, but it looks like I just can't host without my DS crashing on me. Therefor, I need a fast, moderately capable 24/7 host for a Naruto game passed down to me. I would be very appreciative if someone could help me.

That means the game has a flaw that's causing it to crash -- it's not a problem with your computer, but a problem with the game. I doubt finding someone else to host would yield better results. Fix the reason it's crashing first.
