I might be starting a new project soon Called Paradise City 2: New York City if i et permission from falacy to use the paradise city source as a base for it... i plan to make an all new map, possibley some new weapons and a new car icon, new background musics, a new hub on my account (why not?), and much much more.

A new hub, why not because there doesn't appear to be many changes your planning on making. Question, are you actually going to edit the code at all? Maps, and new car icons is just icon editing, nothing to do with coding.
