When you copy and paste the pasted section of an icon is placed to the bottom left corner, which would be fine except when zoomed. If you zoom to the point of getting scroll bars, and move the view to the right/upwards, when you pasted something, it gets placed to the bottom left, making it not visible, sometimes confusing the fact that paste actually worked. This feature would simply paste the section of the icon to the bottom left of the current view.
