Your firewall is misconfigured, and is not allowing the pager to open a port so that other apps can talk to it. All BYOND apps (except Dream Maker) need to allow incoming and outgoing TCP traffic. If there is a version or hash check on your firewall to look for program changes, disable it for the BYOND apps.
