What happened to the LLA playerbase?

Liberty Station used to have a plenty of players, about 20 or 30.. After the DDoS, it seems a few players left. I dunno why, I mean it's back now isn't it? So why are people still gone? :(

Well, the admins were pretty shit so it's no big deal that they're gone. The programmers had some pretty cool ideas though.
