When is CardFight Forever coming out i been waiting they took down Cardfight Capital and i cant get it back in my pager come people please for real.

Most likely never -- at least not publicly -- as it seems Cardfight's property holders sent out cease and desist orders to games derived from Cardfight. Read more about it here.
