I was lurking around and I ended up in the Request A Feature Section. While looking I couldn't help but notice the "you have 5 votes left" next to the info thingy. I thought, "hmmm, wasn't here yesterday, probably a mistake?" I went on to look at the box with my key on the top left and it said I was a BYOND member :O.
