Descriptive Problem Summary:everytime i host on either of my comps with all the needed ports forward people on my network cant join but people not on my network can join and have joined. also i use a router and yes i did port forward i even turned off my comps firewall

When does the problem NOT occur? it always occurs for my network
This is not a bug; it is a help issue. There is nothing wrong with the software itself, just with your network configuration. If only your local network is having problems, a firewall seems the most likely suspect; you may have one still active that you didn't realize was running, such as the Windows firewall.

no no no i have the ports forwarded, also it says its hosting on a different ip then my comp's ip
Your computer may have an IP address showing like 10.0.0.2 or 192.168.1.7 or something like that; those are not real IPs, but internal IPs that are valid on your local network only. Dream Daemon is showing you the IP address that everyone else actually sees, the one needed to reach your router.

People on your local network should be able to reach you through either IP, the external or internal one. The fact that only people on your LAN have this problem points to a firewall issue. Some firewalls offer options to allow or disable traffic only on the local network.
