The part which says:
M<<"<font color=red>[usr.name]"

Does nothing really. All it does is tell M the persons name - not the message. I do believe that if you want to whisper to that person, it should be:
M<<"<font color=red>[src]:[t]"

Btw, you don't need to use usr.name 3: usr is just fine, though src is better. I highly advise you use src.
