lol, this post is kind of old ^^;
well anyway to use your pager you have to have it turned on. To do that goto File > Preferences and under Pager Type, choose either public or private (your choice) to turn on the pager. Once it is on, you can add people as your friends in the friends tab, and page them from there. Hope that helps.
