[Bleach] Shinzui

I have a character I logged in as with a guest. "Tamaki", under the guest name 'guest284576431'.

Is there some way I can retrieve her? She's currently the Captain of the 4th Division and I'd at least like to have her save data, if not have her removed from the game so the spot's open or something.

The sprite should have Harribel's hair with the third or second-to lightest setting of color; likewise, red eyes with the highest setting of red. The Zanpakuto is "Shihatsu", which is Drain/Ice.
