21% (5)I would love to be able to search what's new or maybe even play games on my HTC EVO 4g or other devices I think an BYOND app would be so sick., I hope its possible.. and has been thought of.. if I can play super Mario 64 on my phone I should be able to run byond.. what do you think.

If your phone can run Flash it should be able to handle the upcoming Flash client. But not all games will be supported by said client.

Yeah I can play flash games lol they run but what good is that if I have no on screen key board., still I'm sure this is possible. And android would probably welcome byond with open arms and give them their designing kit.

BYOND doesn't really have much interest in direct mobile ports. If the device can't run it on Flash then the user is out of luck for the time being.

Less feasibility than interest, really. I think BYOND on a phone would be awesome--it's also borderline impossible, Flash update notwithstanding. Doing a full interface port is a lot of work and requires getting to know a custom SDK, plus we'd need to port the "core" as well. For both Apple and Android it also involves going through an acceptance process, which in Apple's case is capricious and (we have reason to believe) probably futile.
