Basically I need a fresh decent colored base, detailed, above 32x32 but smaller than 64x64. Most likely 40x40, with shadowing. I need the male version, white, and black.
States:

-standing
-Walking
-running
-mounted
-jumping
-Punching
-Swimming



I am paying expensively, on whoever completes it and brings attention to my interests in style. If I like it bravo, You will be getting a reward.
from either 25-80$.

What you need to do is actually hire someone. From what I gather from your post, your asking for people to make it and bring it to your attention. If you like it, they get money, if you don't, they get zip. Nobody wants to spend time creating something that could get shot down.

You've given a budget and what work you want done, very good. Your looking for something that fits your 'style', that's where you ask to see a portfolio or some previous work. They will tell you how long it will take, and most likely negotiate a price. If you like it, hire them.

As it's very unlikely to have a contract drawn up for something like this, a deposit from you for good faith and a gentleman's agreement would have to suffice.

That's my two cents, I'm sure others would do it differently.

I have worked with HexRP before and he has never riped me off on the pay but i do agree with Danny

just leting artist know he does pay if you do the work
Ah. I guess your right! But usually people I contact do not answer, or do not reply, or take to long.
