Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Make a dmi file.
Draw a smiley face.
Select the select tool.
Drag your mouse from the lower left of the icon to the top left of the screen.
Click the horizontal rotation button.
Does the problem occur:
Every time?
If the steps above are followed perfectly, Most of the time.

A workaround for this issue is to click the selected area immediately after making the selection.
