Descriptive Problem Summary:
Holding the point tool down then leaving the icon editing box will not stop the point tool from drawing.
Expected Result:
The pointer tool will not draw while it is outside the icons editing box
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

Hold left click inside the icon editing box.

While still holding the mouse, move the mouse around the screen.

It keeps drawing even though the mouse isn't inside the icon editing box.
