Descriptive Problem Summary:
1 by 1 icons appear odd in the movement icon editor
The direction arrows also get crammed together
Edit:
After changing the icon size back there are extra icon boxes in the movement editor next to the normal ones. I don't know if this is reproducible.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Make an icon
Set it to 1x1
Make a movement state.
Workaround:
Scale icons up
