why won't it let me log in? My resources stop after 28% and it won't go any higher. I been waiting an hour.. I tried re-downloading byond, restarting my computers.

It's probably the virtual private server that's causing this problem, it'll be fixed soon.

He actually doesn't. I'm on the game for 12 hours per day, I'm AFK for like 4 hours that time, but I never saw him abusing when I was actually playing.
