Why don't all games show up?

I saw a post already, but it did not answer my question. I was on the verge of quiting byond out of boredom, and i decided to click some of the tags and then all a sudden games I've never seen shown up! When I check most active games, I would love to see ALL the games.

There was a change in the policy. Fangames are no longer listed (on the front page), you must search for them. Some games (such as FUNimation) cannot be listed at all. Square Enix sent a C&D too, I believe.
