Whenever I try and load my character, it says I logged in, but even before I can see my character, it says that my connection died. I don't know what happened but please fix it because I really want to play this game!

Hey...no joke man, whenever I logging into this game I cannot get in as far as I can ever get is connecting....connection failed and I've been a this for over a month and a half trying to log-in whats the deal here, its not my connection that's messing up, I want to get in the game,so if you can kindly fix the bug in this game to let players log-in would be appreciable.
