Sorry for the lack of update still, I'm working on it though.
From now and into 2013, Wargames 2 and its Map & Scenario Editor has been drastically reduced. Before it was on an annual subscription, $4-5. I've now set it to a flat, one off fee of $3.
This is an excellent opportunity to support Wargames 2 and its future development. Alternatively you can get these and even more features by subscribing to the Complete Pack found here:

The only other changes you'll notice is some improvements to the blackout feature.
