Should I find it funny how a few people think Enic is pronounced Enis? I mean... Seriously, lol...

I always it was pronounced "Enik".
Never even considered the other way. Sounds too close to "penis". | |
Yeah, it's pronounced k because c is not followed by any y, i or e. Yesterday some guy on the Resource Center was "Enic you know your name is enis?" And I lol'd.
