Problem description:

As you can see here, it shows the turfs in a type of area, and then displays a nearby area where problems are occuring. In every instance where I lay multiple turfs in the map editor, this happens. Its confusing because this used to work fine. The only issue I can think of is the way overlays and underlays are stored, it uses a custom procedure. It creates a new list which is used for the overlays / underlays, but can only become active when the proc is used. This proc works fine in all cases but the compiled map editor tiles.
Also, this exact same area used to work perfectly fine, but at some point stopped showing up properly, as this. I waited a while to post it because it was on my to do list, but it has been since a couple months back or so.
Does anyone have any idea why this behavior is occurring?
