I cannot log onto my pager on any keys. I believe this to be a ban but around a month(?) ago I messaged Tom and was told I was unblocked but the problem remains. Help please. (The blocked key was Yuki Uchisan)

The message pops up saying "Logins are currently restricted."

Are you able to log into your keys properly on a regular computer?

First, check to make sure that you are running the latest version of BYOND. This can be downloaded from the Downloads page.
Next, try refreshing the key.txt file located in the BYOND folder. To do this: Open the BYOND pager > File > Preferences > Advanced > Open user directory > Rename key.txt to old_key.txt > Attempt to log into the pager.
After that, try clearing the BYOND cache. To do this: Open the BYOND pager > File > Preferences > Games > Clear cache > OK > OK > Attempt to log into the pager.
If none of those work, then there may be another issue preventing you from logging in. Is there any messages that appears after failing to log in? If so, what are they?
