Descriptive Problem Summary:
I've recently updated my CSS, to one that looks like the new BYOND Site, which Stephen is freely handing out, when updated I hit view site, and I saw the default BYOND layout.

Expected Results:
My CSS should've been updated.

Actual Results:
I see the default BYOND Member Layout

Does the problem occur:

In other user accounts? Some people have the issue, some don't.
On other computers? Same as above

When does the problem NOT occur?
Never

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)

Workarounds:
Open the website in a different browser than Google Chrome.
