The ability to suggest (if not choose) tags for either your own hub entries or any hub entry would be nice. One problem with the system right now is there is no good way to have a mistake in tags fixed, or have a forgotten but obviously relevant tag added. For example, certain libraries are tagged with 'parsing', and yet many similar libraries that show up in a search for 'parser' aren't (e.g. AbyssDragon.Parser).
