Descriptive Problem Summary: Basically, the same with deleting posts. I had to refresh to delete them.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1: Delete all hub medals.
2: Add a new one
3: Woot, you want to delete it but you can't! Refresh site my friend.

Expected Results: You can delete medal without refreshing.

Actual Results: I have to refresh to delete medal.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime
In other games? Yes.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur? Never

Workarounds: Refresh site. :P
