It looks very good but at the same time very weird. Also dem very freaky lookin legs xD. On body parts like that i usually instead of making them Big ta skinny ta big i make em big ta skinny or w/e.

Good start, but a bit masculine for "ideal" proportions. Needs wider hips, less broad shoulders and smoother arms and legs (not so muscled/ropey). I would also take a look at the shading under the chin as it seems to imply an adam's apple.

There are women who look like that, I'd say it's fine but for use in a game her character should match (i.e. she isn't some dainty little princess)

You need to work on the shading a lot. There's a lot of pillow shading. If you don't know what that means, here.
Here's a resource on banding too. That entire article is actually an excellent article for beginners. Banding might be a bit advanced for you, but you should keep this article lying around. I always do for the off chance that I do some pixel art. | |

Just a personal suggestion, I'd make the breasts smaller for the sake of realism. Athletic women usually have smaller ones, and some guys actually like it that way! (Like me. ;) )
