Hello everyone!
Posting again on Craftfolk. I'm thinking on making this a regularly updated post-type thing to keep everyone updated on Craftfolk.

As you can clearly see, the CSS of my page has been changed to be more fitting. (And more original, did all the work on this one myself, sorry Howey! ;))

You can also see in the top right corner of my page a section called "Downloads" with a few links and descriptions on it. Those are the Craftfolk Launchers that'll be used to open up a list of servers and their locations. But you can also use the hub if you're a BYOND user, as usual.

Alright, with the CSS out of the way, more about the actual game. Most of the things this week have been bug fixes from various systems, so not as exciting as usual. But just as important to having a content-filled game is having a working-game. Most noteworthy of the bug fixes would be the left-hand overlay bug, which has haunted me for quite some time before I finally hedged it out. Phew. Regardless, because of all the bugs fixes, I'm assuming there aren't any more in the current version and so now forward progress is at hand!

Before I list out the lot of stuff I've done in the past week, I'd just like to say that if you're interested in following this site, BYOND members can join the "Followers" place to the left of this post. If you're not a BYOND member, I'd consider becoming one, BYOND as you know is pretty awesome and it's $18 for a year! That's only ~$0.05 a day! And come on, you can find that in your couch! Plus it helps out the amazing BYOND developers make this site and language THAT much better! Be a BYOND Patriot! :)

I like the new look.
Wonder how similar Craftfolk will end up being to Minecraft. At any rate, it's a BYOND game, and it even interests me, having already poured my DM garbage into what's now called Hazordhu II :D

Also. I just now noticed you're using my line drawing "library." I advise against using any of my work, considering it's mostly just completely experimental and I could whip up a better version in 5 minutes. But if you like it, I shouldn't really judge my own work, lest I release nothing.

Just clarifying, the BYOND Key Oasiscircle is only three years old, but I have two other keys that I used to use. Dragoon16 and some other key that I forgot of. Dragoon16 is from 05 and the other key is from a year earlier so. I've been here a bit longer than 3 years. ;)

@Your LineDraw library: It works nice, but if you were to improve upon it that would also be really nice. I'd import the newer version in a snap!
The only real *problem* I have with your LineDraw Library is the time it takes to successfully draw the line, it's a very slight delay. But that's very acceptable in a game like this, where your fishing line appearing the instant you cast isn't the greatest priority. So, in the big picture, very nice work! :)

@Your Minecraft Comment: I actually took out the 3x3 box crafting to get rid of the connection between this game and Minecraft. I do like the idea, but it's way too Minecrafty for me now that I'm starting to realize that Minecraft Beta is basically possible by the 3x3 Workbench. So yeah, took it out, replaced it with Skill-Tabs instead.

If that "Skill-Tab" thing you talk about will be like Western Wild's tab(I think it was your past game was called, can't remember), put the Minecraft 3x3 box back.
