I'm not a big fan of your color selections. Also, you should make the leaves a bit denser and extend the branches all the way to the top, like someone else said.

No need to get all defensive when people are trying to help you. An artist who copies someone elses style isn't going to gain any respect for his work, so you may as well use real tree's as reference. Go outside and look at a few tree's, maybe take a picture and upload it onto your computer.
