Hello everyone.. I seem to be having a peculiar issue with logging into one of my keys. I can log in perfectly fine with Tacomaster, but with Anesai it always gives me, "BYOND Hub: Connection Failed", even after it tries validating the key. This clearly isn't an issue with an internet connection because I can log into other keys and games using a guest key. Any help is appreciated!
Edit: I can log into Anesai on the byond website but not on the pager itself..

First, check to make sure that there are no firewalls on your computer blocking or restricting BYOND.exe, dreamseeker.exe, or dreamdaemon.exe. Double check to make sure you are aware of all firewalls and antivirus programs installed on your computer, as some programs optionally bundle firewalls and antivirus programs with their installation.
Second, try clearing the BYOND cache. To do this: Open the BYOND pager > File > Preferences > Games > Clear Cache > OK > OK.
Third, check to make sure the BYOND pager's hub address is set to the default. To check this: Open the BYOND pager > File > Advanced > Confirm that the input box labeled "Hub address" is completely blank. > OK.
Fourth, try clearing the BYOND pager's preferences folder. To do this: Open the BYOND pager > File > Preferences > Advanced > Open user directory > Go up one file level > locate BYOND and rename it to Old_BYOND. > Restart the BYOND pager. (If this doesn't correct the problem, it may render you unable to log into any key from the pager. If that happens, delete the new BYOND folder that is created, and rename Old_BYOND to BYOND.)
