At any rate, I did notice a substantial slow-down in performance of the website as a whole in the past month. Not sure what's going on there (Tom, Nadrew?) but something changed. I suspect they could either have a cap on up/down rates to prevent from paying too much each month, or just down-sizing of power in general.
