People should have the right to voice their opinion without getting banned, I understand getting banned for using foul language, that's how it works everywhere. Mods should have a degree of resilience and patience when it comes to the community, even if they are volunteers their duty is to help out the community, not themselves.

They should not be immature at all, if they are then they should grow up then try again at moderating. I personally don't know any mods since I'm not active in the community, and only came here because of A.T.H.K.

Pager wise, a mod should not block any user, unless they spam them with stupid shit, if they don't like getting asked questions moderation wise, change to another key without mod or something, cause that key should be 100% dedicated, f privacy, since it should be limited. That's what you put yourself into when you volunteer for mod.

A mod should be mature enough to handle any sort of insult that is dished out at the, since this is obviously expected of them, if they just go ban happy then that says a lot about their personality and resolve for their job.

Hmm well, it's up to Tom to choose how he wants his mods to work.
