That is it.
The controls are arrow keys to move (left/right to move, up to jump).
A for weak attack. (Missile)
B for strong attack. (Explosive Bazooka)
Space Bar for charge. (Over Run)
Q, W and E for other attacks. (Aerial Mine, Big Shot and MRL Platform)

Most of these abilities have some sort of cooldown, so you cannot spam them.

Anyway, what is it? It is a side view PVP game. Potentially.
It is still largely unfinished, but if it does get finished, you'll make a robot by selecting parts, and fight other players in an arena.

The idea is fairly simple, and the demo shows you what to expect from it.
What you cannot see however in that demo (but does exist) is the customization side of stuff. In the full game you'd pick parts for the robot, these are head, core, right arm, left arm, legs, booster, engine and armor. Each part has different stats and some have abilities (right/left arm are A/S in the game, Head is Q, core is W and E and booster is space bar).
The robot you can play as at the moment is an example of this. It is made up of parts from the model "Big Fire" (slow, tough but uses lots of explosive ranged attacks).
As you're making the robot you'll have to consider it's stats carefully as well as what weapons it has access to (if you click on the robot you can see it's stats).

There is not much else to the game really. You make a robot (or several), and fight it out to win.

It should work fine as it is, but any comments/suggestions? (Obviously graphics are nowhere near finished)
I'll probably need to test it online once I get that far as well, since uses an increased world.tick_lag which could cause some sort of lag.
Sounds like a really amazing concept. If anything may I suggest making it a Host joining game, where someone creates a session and you join that game where you can compete.

Anyways, everything looked good. Only thing that got me was the movement system in which if you clicked Left or Right they would move that direction and never stop until hitting a wall, and I couldn't even press Left to stop my movement from going right. Also while moving there was no jumping. Not sure if it was intended that way.

I didn't have any of these problems.
Those issues with movement are most likely due to using an older version of BYOND.
Make sure it's up to date.

Also, I uploaded an updated version to give a better example of what the game would be like.

It includes 3 different robots, click on them to use them.

The dark green one with tank tracks has the following abilities.
A is a missile.
S is a bazooka.
Space Bar is a forwards dash.
Q is a mine.
W is a big explosive missile.
E is a bombardment of mini bazookas.

The light green one has...
A is a powerful shot with a long cooldown.
S is a weak shot that can be fired rapidly.
Space bar turns it invisible so long as it does not move or attack.
Q increases ranged damage.
W releases little particles in random directions, if these hit they deal low damage and blind.
E is a very powerful shot that has to be charged, but passes through other robots.

The dark blue robot has...
A is a melee attack.
S is a machine gun barrage (3 shots)
Has no space bar ability, but can double jump.
Q is a short range hit, each hit weakens the enemies armor.
W is a mid range burst that also makes the hit enemy unable to use attacks for a few seconds.
E is a buff that increases damage and movement speed.
