Just started coding my first game yesterday, sure it's a long road, sure it's full of trials and errors, but someday soon it'll be worth it in the long run! Unfortunately though, I don't have much to show for a demo yet but eventually that will change...
What the hell is with the yeas?

Could you give us some information as to what kind of game you're developing?
Also, this is just a pet peeve of mine but why not use the term 'program' and 'programming' instead of 'code' and 'coding' because program and programming are not only the more proper terms but they're a helluva lot more professional.

Good luck,

I know skilled programmers who use the term "code" and "coder" who are even more talented than the little pricks on BYOND who get worked up over those terms. Its just another thing people on BYOND do to feel elite along with making fun of people who rip anime games.

Whats even more annoying is you bandwagon bastards. I bet you didn't start saying "OMFG ITS PROGRAMMER NOT CODER" until you saw someone else mention it.

The terms you use don't mean shit. Ryuk25 can use the words "programmer" all day long. Does that mean hes smarter than Lummox if Lummox were to ever use the term "coder"?

Who gives a fuck.
I didn't say that if you use the word 'coder' than you don't know how to program. All I said was that it's more of a professional term to use.

Because you heard someone else say that. It doesn't matter if you use programmer or coder.

You're trying to make it seem like you didn't turn a mountain into a mole hill, but you did.

Thanks, I am working to figure out how to make an rpg thats a bit different from the rest. I don't like how most rpg's out there are done so I want to design something more unique which at this point prolly won't make much sense.

- I'm far from a professional coder/programmer (not that you were aiming that particularly at me) but that's still pretty cool that you know people like that.
Anyways! It's challenging when it comes to make a game for the first time. And believe me, its better learning for yourself. So, forget about what others say and have fun making the game.

Have a nice day.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I appreciate that.
