Well, it's been roughly a week since the latest updates to Minecraft have come out. I haven't really been able to enjoy it too much though.

The servers I have been running into are junk. Either the server software sucks or the community and admins suck.

Most of the ones I log into are really laggy, others have too much custom content and it ruins the experience for me.

Mazcraft.net was pretty good, but I only got to play for an hour before the server went down and I haven't seen it up since.

Finally today I logged into a server. It didn't seem to have too much lag, the community seemed small and nice and they had a few custom mods that were awesome, like a automatic tree re-growth and quest system. AWESOME.

I started right away on a home where I could live, then some girl logged in. The first person she saw was me, so I guess that made me her mark.

She started filling my house in with dirt, stealing stuff, breaking down walls, luring creepers and stuff into my house. I was getting pretty pissed off.

Then one of the "officers" on the game booted me because I was complaining too much because the lazy jerk wouldn't do something about an obvious troll.

So why the long story? Well, I need to know if anyone knows anyone out there that offers a server hosting package for Minecraft. I've run servers for games in the past and I am sure I can run a better server then most of the idiots out there.

I left ATP hosting a comment on their blog asking if they offered anything outside of BYOND, but have yet to get a response.
