I ended up taking the 'Sample.mp3' tune from my last post and expanding it a bit.

I was attempting to write this long complex solo for it, but I ended up getting frustrated. What you'll hear is just a quick improvisation, which actually seems to fit very well. I'm not too good at improvising, however, so go easy on me. Heheh.
What do you use to record with? It's quite clear. :)

It's not bad, I couldn't say to my taste in style, but it'd definetely work for quite a lot of people. There's one progression in the solo I quite liked, though. Very cool.
I just plugged my Behringer LX1200H (amp head) straight into my Line In, using a 1/4" to 1/8" converter.

I'm still getting used to the amp, but so far I love how good it sounds through the computer. I'm very satisfied.
I've been meaning to use my electric guitars again. But since selling off my effects pedal (needed quick money) I've had little luck.

I may have to look into investing in one of these Behringer amp heads.
They're definitely worth it. You can get a V-amp, which is just the effects processor. You could also get the combo unit. I have the head with a 4x12 cabinet, but there's 2x10 and 2x12 combo units available for a bit less cash.

On a side note, I've redone the solo on that song, and reuploaded it. Let me know what you think.
This sounds very nice and clean. GJ man. I can't wait to hear the rest.

What I liked most is the rythym and progression. Again, very nice.
The solo is very clean, very cool. I likes.
Actually, the v-amp is pretty much the same thing as the amp head without the power amp. It's not just an effects processor. It has all the amp models and cabinet emulators that the head has.
