Well Project Caius may soon be released and I was pondering whether it would be listed on BYOND games, since I used RPG maker graphics and I plan on purchasing a license before the release of the game.
On the site it says "You are free to use this Resource Pack in your commercial or non-commercial RM projects. A license for use in game-developing engines other than Enterbrain's RPG Maker series/IGM can be purchased here, at a cost of $39.99"
So just wanted to know if my game will still be listed on BYOND's Game Index So I dont waste my money.

Yeah, if you are questioned you would just then submit to the inquirer that you have a license and all would be good!

Really depends on what the license mandates as far as crediting. I suspect a little something in-game is appropriate perhaps, but maybe not required. From our point of view, we just need what Enterbrain would need to see, some proof of licensing.

You can purchase rights to use it in other game engines or software.

I never knew one could purchase a license to use the graphics. Anyways, if you provide proof that you own such a license, then your game can be listed if it meets the other listing requirements.
By the way, I love your projects name!
