Unlike Cloud, I'll give you polite answers.-.

I have three guesses, with the first one being that it's a problem with the host. My second guess is that it's an issue with your internet, and the last one is that you may not be connecting to BYOND properly.

Possible Solutions I can think of:
-For number one, try resetting your modem/router. If that doesn't work, then I really have no idea.... However, if you are using wireless, then it could just be the adapter.
-For number two, there really is no solution... except, contacting the host, and hope they can fix whatever is causing problems with his server.
-For number three, first check to see if you have messed with any of your pager's settings. You may even have to uninstall BYOND, and then reinstall it. If none of these work, it may be a bug, or something along those lines. If so, it's best to post it in the official bug report section for BYOND.

None of the servers that are up will let me in.
