No, of course not, because it has one of those compacted layouts. Aside from shoving the arrow keys in amongst the others where they don't belong, it has a layout for Ins/Del/Home/End/PgUp/PgDn that violates my specifications in a far worse way. I think the multiple issues I said I had with nonstandard layouts makes the extremely weird layout on this one (they put an @ key next to Ctrl for frellsake) an obvious non-contender.
