I have finally learned to host and decided to host one of my favorite games Dragon Universe.When I tried to get some of my friends to join they tried ,but said the connection failed I asked most of my friends for help and one of them told me to ask the forums for help so I did

Your issue is with hosting, not the server itself. Try port-forwarding.
