Michael J. scofield	a mod by the key of razeth on duel monsters genesis banned me for being homosexual said there not aloud on this game now this is aganst the law if im not unbanned i wall bring the law in to this

Stephen001	BYOND does not run the games made on the BYOND platform, or the games you find on http://www.byond.com/games/. Your best bet is to get in touch with the developer of the game themselves to resolve this issue.

Federal discrimination laws only apply to employment. And even then there are exceptions (Look up "Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications")

If someone wants to create a game (or any group for that matter) and discriminate someone from participating for any reason, it is their right. No law has been violated here.

Here's a quote I found:
"Only 21 of the 50 states are currently protecting people from discrimination in employment, housing, and accommodation based on their sexual orientation and/or gender identity."
