I am working on a project game that has 0 (zero) copyrighted materials from the company Funimation or its subsidiaries. Nor does it contain any funimation product or related products. The name Dragon's Ball is not copyrighted under any state, country or Provence. Nor is the term Zodiac. By definition, you unjustly blocked my legit request for help based on your own personal opinions.

I've taken the liberties to have previously explored the Funimation website and all of its copyrighted materials pertaining to the Cease and Desist and not one pertains to my game or its content.

By continuing your unbiased deletion of legally abiding post (According to all rules accessible by this account holder.) I, the account holder, will take further action against online sites that willingly allow its moderators (Who are held in a title that can be viewed as an authority.) to continue to remain unbiased toward a populous deemed as its peers.

Now I will wait the reply from the forums as this will also be emailed in full.
I would also like proof that my previous post in Developer Help had any copyrighted materials mentioned in the C and D.
Dragon Ball "Z"odiac... picture of Goku on banner... "A new style Dragon ball Roleplaying game."...
Seems original, must be legit.

*Goes back to working on his brand new and totally original RPG Run-escape.
That was my previous game that well had to be stopped, but im not a member so I cant take it down, now can I? I would but an updated version and remove everything that I could.
This is not government owned property.
And keep in mind, Draggin' Ballz got a C&D.

It's pretty obvious you're just trying to get around the cease and desist, our moderation decisions stand.

As for your 'account holder' stuff, posting on the forums is a priviledge, not a right. We have the right to refuse access of any part of the site or community to any person for any reason.
I agree 100% to this topic.

Forum moderators constantly delete my post IE taking away my right to express my opinion just because it doesn't favor their 'friend' or online 'buddy' So please adjust your attitude in 'moderating' the masses.
There is no getting around it, my game is not related to anything belonging to funimation. The project name is just similar to one of its many anime titles. But then its very different.

It's an obvious Dragon Ball boot leg. Seriously, you're just making a fool of yourself.
If your game really isn't trying to get around anything you shouldn't be pointing at a hub entry with the same name as your project that states it's a Dragonball game.
I asked for legitimate help on a game and even when someone broke topic, to point out my games project name I reasked my question. And yes, you have right to refuse someone service, but I did nothing wrong but go to the forums and ask for help which is obviously a big deal to you at byond.com.
