Well i started to make a Dbz Css when it was requested for, but obviously my gfx and other skills are still lacking so i decided to let howey do a more professional one and i'd just do a dbz themed standard css.

lol i know, i did i say i suck at Gfx
Though i guess you guys need to nay a lot more of my posts :( since for me all i can do is edit, alter, cut out, swap, blend etc images which is what i'v done for anything i'v needed gfx wise in my other css's lol ahh well. i'll leave the decent stuff to the Pro's *Howey/Qubic* | |

Not bad, but not good either.Only thing I like are the colors you used. I'm sure once you get used to photoshop you'll make even better CSS ^_^

photoshop!!?? i cannot afford such a thing at the moment and i will not obtain it illegally and it looks complicated anyway.
Ill just stick to microsoft paint and hack away at images. T_T | |
