Daemon running on Ubuntu VPS Crashes Randomly

What operating system and/or browser are you using?

VPS: Ubuntu 11 32 bit
PC: Windows 7 32 bit

What were you trying to do when the problem occurred?

Simply playing the hosted game when it just freezes up, and crashes.

What actually happened, and how did it differ from what you expected?

Looking at the Server Logs:

The BYOND hub reports that port 35042 is reachable.

What steps did you follow?

Rebooted VPS and Restarted Dream Daemon

In addition, this is starting to happen probably every couple of hours if not sooner, and it's very inconvenient to have to reboot this frequently, and leaves players at periods with the game down. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, knows a possible cause for this happening, and possible solutions to stop the server from locking up/crashing until rebooted.
