What operating system and/or browser are you using?
-I'm using Google Chrome for a browser. I'm not really that technical, so if by operating system, you mean type of laptop, then an XPS M140 with Windows 7 from DELL.

What were you trying to do when the problem occurred?
-I'm not really sure when it started, but what I was trying to do was open a Dream Maker icon file. I sort of forgot I did so, and when I tried to click and view it, it didn't work. I was trying to open an icon file from a zipped folder, though. It was a harpy.

What actually happened, and how did it differ from what you expected?
-What actually happened is the same as stated above; I tried to open the file after forgetting I opened it before, and the program itself didn't open. I mean, my Task Manager said it was open, and that it was running, but even so, the window itself wouldn't pop up on my screen.

What steps did you follow?
-I downloaded the .rar file from the website of a game on BYOND I play, and opened it right up. Afterwards, I double clicked the file and opened it right now. I forgot I did so, and remembered, tried to click the file which was already opened up on my taskbar, and it didn't work. The window wouldn't load. And now, when I open a new Dream Maker program, it still won't pop up.
