Most of the cartoons you guys wanted to be on the list will be a part of my website. And let me tell you right now, no it is not an illegal website where you can watch or download the episodes from the shows. Instead its much better. Sorry if I didn't include Futurama or King of the Hill, but they will be on the site.

I'm going with The Simpsons since it's what sparked the "animated sitcom" movement.

Comparing Futurama to all other Sitcoms, animated or not, it's more of a comedic epic than a Sitcom. It's still good, but it doesn't really fit the Sitcom genre since the environments the show takes place in are all over the place, and not like other Sitcoms that generally take place in places such as the family's house and the usual places in the town around it.
