Upon starting I noticed a really nice change to the icons that not only brighten up the game but also have potential for mapping detail. Really lightened up the map from what it had started as:

Good stuff.
One of the features that surprised me was something I haven't seen in a game so far. The swimming feature, this feature had me incredibly stoked.
Character takes a dive and bam, they're in the water.
I would've been okay with that when suddenly...An option popped up for me? ..."Dive" ?!
And in a flash I find myself with a breathe meter diving under the water! But I STILL had option to dive?! One more dive and I go even deeper and deeper into the water...

It's gonna be a really interesting form of gameplay when you can see Fishmen swimming underneath and even Devil Fruit users dying to the sea. Amazing and lovely. It's not like diving underneath has no benefits. You find random things on the bottom of the seafloor.
But becareful not to stay there for too long. You might drown.

The game seems interesting. I love the additions on the Skilltree.

The skilltree allows you to be primarily anything you want based off of your progress in the game. This way you're not limited to one class, and at the same time also not limited to certain abilities. You can diverse around and learn anything you'd like to learn. Maybe you want to be your own original character and dwell into the art of Swordsmanship and be a Gunslinger at the same time.

I was content and then bam! the thing I've been looking for in a game shows up. A large pirate ship!?

I walk to it in excitement and enter the ship.

And I'm piloting?! Of course while focused on the piloting, I have no idea what's going on inside but the idea that there's actually an inside to this ship amazes me.

And here we were on a mother f---ing boat just chillin'.
Nonetheless, although still in development it's coming along nicely. Can't wait to see the game when it's done.
